WE EMPOWER PEOPLE TO DEFEND THEMSELVES AGAINST MODERN THREATS!
Digital technologies have opened a new world of opportunity and have become an integral part of our lives. In addition to the many benefits of digitization, there are also new challenges to be addressed. These include new threats such as cyber-attacks, invasion of privacy, disinformation, cyber grooming and mobbing, electoral interference... In order for us to effectively counter these risks, technical measures alone are not sufficient as there is an ever-existing interface between people and technology. Therefore, people take on an essential role in this process.
Many of the threats that we are facing intentionally exploit basic human instincts and rely on people taking some sort of action or making a mistake to cause actual damage. People who are aware of the risks in cyber space and able to protect themselves against them have great advantages in a digitized world.
In consequence, there is a need for attractive learning opportunities that motivate and encourage all members of society to defend themselves against threats in cyberspace and discuss and evaluate the risks and opportunities of digitization. Our mission is to (co-)create and connect such fun, attractive and engaging learning opportunities and make them accessible to different audiences and demographics.

Economist and Serial Entrepreneur
20 years ago, the promise of digitization was transparency and freedom. This is and remains the bar. Being an economist and serial entrepreneur my passion is to translate big ideas into reality and anchor them over the long-term - as in 1993, as the co-founder of the FLYER electric bike. Nature is our role model: it teaches us long-term thinking in balanced, decentralized systems and cycles. Let's learn from it to design the human-oriented digital transformation!
Ivano Somaini

Social Engineer and OSINT Specialist, Compass Security Schweiz AG
Ivano was always fascinated about humans, especially in their strengths and in their weaknesses. Becoming a Social Engineer and a public speaker was the result of the combinations of his two biggest passions: acting and IT security. He's engaged in improving IT security and raising awareness.
